Welcome to Road Life. We are Rhys and Michele Hunter, owners of Road Life in Tauranga.

Both born and bred locals, Rhys and Michele are committed to offering something fresh to both the Bay of Plenty and New Zealand’s motorhome and campervan market. Hence the addition of the Sunliner and UniCampa brands to their range.

Rhys and Michele love helping New Zealanders, locals and visitors to the Bay, to fulfill their dreams of exploration and travel in a motorhome they simply love being in.

Rhys’ background in the marine and recreational vehicle industries began 15 years ago, selling and servicing outboard motors from premises in Te Puna and later Sulphur Point.

He has also managed an RV dealership and knows the importance Kiwi customers place on the freedom, safety and enjoyment a motorhome can provide.

Meanwhile, Michele has been a journalist and then chief reporter at the Bay of Plenty Times newspaper for the best part of the last 10 years.

They are also parents to two busy pre-schoolers.

Passionate about offering stand-out service, Rhys and Michele support customers through the process of selecting and customising the right vehicle for them while providing excellent after sales support and service.

Open 5 days a week and on Saturdays till 1:00pm you will find either of them or both of them down at the Road Life Sales yard on the corner of Birch Avenue and Waihi Roads in Judea, Tauranga.
